Rooms were excellent – in fact, the best quality I’ve experienced on weekend workshop. Well equipped, nice and quiet. Very happy.
Main training room was good, nice and modern, well equipped. We had 1 syndIcate room on Saturday, then 2 on Sunday. They were perfect in size and were located next to the main room. This set up is perfect!!
Kitty was fantastic on arrival – we went through the booking form and she made sure I knew my way around the hotel / facilities. The conference manager mainly looked after us and his customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL. Nothing was a problem for him, he was so helpful.
Overall, I really like this venue – the bedrooms are great, the meeting rooms were in a dedicated ‘academy’ which was private and well-equipped
