Can I just say how delighted we were in using the Holiday Inn at Winnersh Triangle for our conference. Everything went well, and the staff at the start when we were setting up, and during the day were both very attentive and helpful. Please can you pass on our very grateful thanks for their help, which made the conference go very smoothly and allowed us to concentrate on the content of the conference rather than the behind the scenes logistics. Our delegates were very impressed with the quality of the facilities, and indeed the lunch. Many thanks for all your help beforehand, even on the smallest details, which really helped us run a successful event.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and all the staff at the Holiday Inn for all the effort you put in to making our Conference run so smoothly. We have been receiving feedback from our Directorate and have had so many positive comments about the hotel - the staff, the running of the conference, the food and the rooms - the general theme has been how polite and helpful everyone at the Holiday Inn was, and how nothing was too much trouble. I can echo these comments, you, Kornelija and Zana were a delight to work with and your flexibility and professionalism were excellent, and this was the same with all the members of staff that I had dealings with.
I recently stayed here as an organisor of a small conference. The service was excellent from start to finish. The hotel has a contemporary look. The staff have a friendly manner and are professional - nothing is too much trouble. Bedrooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was delicious.
Thank you to yourself and all the staff for all your help. The evening went smoothly without any hiccups and the food was wonderful.
Every one had a wonderful time. Thank you again for your outstanding service and support of our programs.
Just wanted to say thank you very much. It was great to have the technicians here for a handover and not far away for any last minute tweeks – all of your staff have been so helpful, always visible and everything ran so smoothly.

I have heard that it is never too late to say thank you, so I am very glad to have the opportunity to express profound thanks to you for the dinner you kindly arranged for our UKI Sales Management Meeting in your Caprice Restaurant on evening of Thursday 22 June. All the eight senior managers that attended the dinner informed me the following morning how much they enjoyed the delicious cuisine and attentive service they received during the dinner which really contributed to the success of their business meeting and really impressed their VIP guest. Please pass on our sincere thanks to the chef and waiters who were on duty that evening and also to your reservations team who with their usual friendly and responsive efficiently booked accommodation for them during such a busy week for your hotel. This whole experience has given my Manager and I the confidence to book similar events at your hotel in future.

All the Attendees were very impressed with the service ,the room layout and the food, so could you please pass on my thanks to all your staff. We will certainly come to you again when we are having future meetings etc.
This is just a short note to say thank you to everyone who was involved in the event last night. The hotel clearly chooses its staff carefully and they come across as very efficient and dedicated. We were particularly grateful to the chef for being willing to make a non-cream option for my wife.

I just want to write to thank you personally and on behalf of the organiser of our training event, and the managers and staff who attended the event for everything you both did which help make our event so successful. I was offered very efficient, professional and friendly advice and service from when I first started making the accommodation booking, right through to making the booking for the Team Dinner. I would like you to know that I received lots of positive feedback from managers about your hotel and the staff who attended the dinner really appreciated the appetising menu and excellent cuisine served on the evening and how attentive the service was, especially as some staff unfortunately arrived late for the dinner as their flights were delayed. The attention to detail of providing personalised named place cards on the tables that also contained menu choices was particularly appreciated by both managers and staff that attended the dinner and also by me. Thank you again and we look forward to being able to enjoy your hotel’s excellent hospitality and service again soon.

The professionalism and standards of service are exceptional whilst maintaining a tailored and personal approach which made our stay with you relaxing but productive. Just a quick e mail to thank you and the team on duty for the successful evening we had last Thursday. The set up and welcome, as well as the food and service were all excellent. They even coped with a "longer than expected" gap between the end of the speaker at our meeting and sitting down for dinner! On a fine evening such as we had that was no problem. I hope that we will be able to book for similar events in the future.

The 3 day event was hugely successful and I have received numerous positive comments and feedback from many of the UK and overseas delegates. They were all very complimentary on the hotel, accommodation, the conferencing facilities and the restaurant. Personally, the young lady who sat at the desk outside of Windsor Suite and acted as the conference host on all three days was absolutely wonderful. My apologies as I cannot remember the ladies name but she was extremely attentive and honestly, she could not do enough for me and our group. Considering there was also other companies holding conferences and their delegate numbers must have been exceeding 100, she coped amazingly well. So kindly pass on my sincere thanks to her, for all her help and assistance during our 3 day event."

"The Conference went extremely well, so thank you very much. The delegates very much enjoyed their stay at the hotel and the facilities available. Linda wanted to express that she was very impressed with the service during the dinner on the Wednesday evening, they met all requests and ensured the wine was served as requested. Those working on meeting room requests were very prompt and attentive when required and we appreciated their assistance. I know one day was extremely busy with meetings, but they still gave us optimum attention but having the warning the day before was appreciated. The Receptionists were also very efficient, polite and again attentive when required. Thank you and all the team involved in making the conference a success and look forward to working with you again in the future.
